How to Manage your Documents

Within your EchoSign account, you can see all forms you have interacted with as well as share documents, schedule reminders and view the history of each document.


In this view, you can see all documents, listed by status and take actions on each document.

Statuses:

Waiting for Me to Sign: Documents that are awaiting your signature
Out for Signature: Documents that you have out for signature
Signed: Documents that you have been signed by all parties
Cancelled/Declined: Documents that have been declined or cancelled that you signed or sent

Actions (located at top left and far left of document window):

Print: Allows you to print selected document
Enlarge: Enlarges selection for better viewing
PDF: Opens separate window containing a PDF of selected document
Decline/Cancel: Allows you to decline or cancel selected document
View: Shows preview of selected document
Share: Allows you to specify email addresses you would like to share selected document with
Remind: Allows you to set up reminders for signers of selected document
History: Shows history of selected document
Notes: Allows you to make notes on selected document
